Not Enough Time to Exercise?
For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you’ve already seen my post about this but I want to dig deeper here. (If you want to be up to date on my daily life, check out my Instagram here.) Today, it’s all about the worst excuse of them all: “I haven’t got time to work out!”
I don’t get sick very often. Actually, I promised myself to never catch a cold again. Unfortunately, this didn’t work so well last Christmas. Let’s blame the stress but who cares. The point is that I couldn’t exercise these couple of days. Even though I missed it, I loved how much more time I had.
Now, I can understand the excuse of not having enough time a bit better. Just a bit – because time isn’t a good reason not to work out.
