The last HIIT was all about the back because I complained that we give the most love to the legs and not our backs. Nevertheless, girls, I got you and here’s a burning butt workout! Please pay attention to your technique. Exercises like squats or lunges should be executed consciously. Be aware of the position of the knees and ankles.
You do each exercise 45 sec. You have a 15 sec break after each exercise. That’s why I ask you to give your all. Use the break to calm your breath but power through those 45 sec of strength.

45 sec side lunge, dynamically leaning onto one side and then the other

45 sec lunge with the right leg in front + knee lift with the left leg

This workout is not a total knockout. It is more of a toning workout for your lower body. I used the remaining energy I had for a little ab session afterwards. I did crunches, side crunches, hundreds, leg raises and alternating leg raises until fatigue. Best way to end a great workout!
