Hey, peeps! I hope you had a great week. Tomorrow is Monday and each Monday is a new chance to start all over again. And what would prepare a brand new start better than a hardcore workout on Sunday. I’m not kidding when I say hardcore, because your bum will hurt. If you live in an apartment, you better do this workout in the gym. The people living in the flat below you will appreciate that.
This workout includes a lot of jumps and this guarantees that you stamina will be challenged as well as your legs and bum. In between the jumping sequences we will do different plank variations. Let’s do it!
50 sec jumping jacks
30 sec plank
50 sec jump lunges
30 sec side plank right
50 sec high knee skips
30 sec side plank left
50 sec jump squats
30 sec plank
50 sec burpees
30 sec high–to-low plank
50 sec jump lunges
30 sec plank
50 sec jumping jacks
30 sec high plank
50 sec in and out jumps
30 sec plank
50 sec tuck jumps
30 sec high plank with shoulder taps
You may find the jumping intervals too long. You can always adapt the times to your personal level. The total time is 12 min, so if you reduce the stamina exercises, you may do one or to interval sequences more.
12 minutes are super easy to fit into your daily life. 5 minutes of warming up and 5 minutes of cooling down and you’re done in 22, how amazing is that!
