The Difference between self-made and a ready baking mixture
I want to tell the truth right away: you can do a mugcake in a healthy way but it’s often very high in calories. Mugcakes are sweets and their ingredients show a high density of calories. However it is much better for your health to do a mugcake with these ingredients rather than with a ready baking mixture. Here are the reasons why:
- You know what you eat. Do you really know what is meant by all these cruel words on the ingredient’s list? You simply cannot know because they trick you.
- You can opt for unprocessed food. Choose a ready baking mixture if you want to eat chemicals.
- Both options might be high in calories but guess what has better nutritional values. Raw cocoa powder contains very healthy fats. The egg provides protein and the banana contains vitamins. You won’t find any of that in a ready-mix.
